At Metro Community Housing Association we try to make our programs fit the client rather than vice versa. Our referral process and thorough assessment result in the best possible match of client and living option. Our staff take a team approach to offering support and supervision. They also assist clients in taking advantage of resources in the community so that clients can set up their own networks.
At present the majority of our clients are funded through public financial assistance programs, such as those operated by the Nova Scotia Department of Community Services. However we are very open to receiving referrals and inquiries from self referring individuals, family and health care / support professionals.
