Our Community Homes provide on-site staff support for up to 4 adults. Support levels and staffing hours vary from home to home, based on the individual needs of the participants in each location.
Connect and grow
Each home offers a comfortable, shared environment where participants can feel secure, supported, and respected. Staff provide assistance with daily living, wellness, and community connection, helping participants maintain stability and continue developing their independence.
Within each home, participants are encouraged to take part in everyday routines and community activities that promote confidence and belonging.
