A registered charity, MCHA is a community based agency. We believe that quality of life for each person includes basic security, freedom and respect. This implies mutual rights that respect individual differences, social supports, opportunities and personal privacy. We believe everyone has potential to grow.

WHAT WE OFFER
What are the benefits? We offer our employees cost-shared health and dental coverage, basic life insurance, Long Term Disability, optional life and critical illness coverage, a group pension plan with 5% employer matching, an Employee and Family Assistance Program and discounted corporate GoodLife membership. We also offer free onsite parking, all 13 current government statutory holidays as paid days off. Everyone starts at 3 weeks vacation (pro-rated). We're also a pretty good crew to work with. And you'll be contributing to the care of those who live with real difficulties in their lives.
PROGRAMS AND SERVICES
We offer a range of community based services enabling people to live in the community and maintain or improve their mental health. Our residential alternatives range from group homes to apartments to small option homes. Our range of services allows us to offer flexible support tailored to each person. Our staff are trained, knowledgeable and supportive. We offer 24-hour emergency service. We also help our clients find work and to participate in community leisure programs.
